Senior Engineer II-Quality

Responsibilities

• Support customers proactively and reactively with a focus on quality assurance and satisfaction
• Organize, write, and present technical reports (such as 8Ds) to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Track Failure Analysis requests and communicate status updates to field engineers and customers
• Manage quality requirements for specific Key Accounts, including environmental, reliability, and product items
• Participate in and initiate benchmarking programs to determine best-in-class standards
• Engage in business/quality reviews and customer meetings as required

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Technical expertise at the application or system level
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work with globally and culturally diverse personnel
• Flexibility to travel as required (up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the semiconductor market
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes (Wafer fab, Assembly, Test, or FA Lab)
• Statistical knowledge including capability analysis, distributions, and data manipulation
• Proficiency in quality problem-solving methodologies like the 8D approach
• Familiarity with Automotive and Aerospace industry standards (AS9100, IATF-16949, PPAP)
