Senior Engineer II, Global Product Support

Responsibilities

• Ensure the performance, reliability, and success of advanced plasma-based semiconductor equipment
• Track and drive top product issues to closure
• Own NPI (New Product Introduction) and CIPs (Continuous Improvement Processes), including test plan development and execution
• Define, document, and communicate Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Act as a Taskforce Team leader, managing meetings, communicating minutes, and driving action items to completion
• Provide critical status updates to internal management and external customers to ensure alignment on issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related science
• Hands-on experience with PEALD, PECVD, or plasma technologies
• Strong background in troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Fluency in both English and Japanese for internal and external communication
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations and explain root causes
• Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, global teams
• Background in plasma-related processes such as etching
