Senior Engineer I - Test

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-silicon test engineering activities to support the development and high-volume manufacturing of advanced IC products
• Develop comprehensive pre-silicon characterization test plans and perform ATE board design
• Debug test programs and execute characterization plans to ensure product compliance
• Analyze silicon performance, yield, and device marginalities to drive cost and quality improvements
• Conduct production test yield analysis and root cause investigations for customer returns
• Collaborate with global design, verification, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust product delivery
• Design and develop PCBs for IC environmental qualification

Requirements

• BSECE or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of semiconductor IC development experience
• Strong understanding of digital and analog circuits from transistor to system level
• Hands-on experience with ATE hardware/software development (e.g., Diamond X, J750, Uflex)
• Advanced statistical data analysis skills and proficiency in scripting languages like Perl
• Proficiency with version control systems (GIT, SVN, Perforce) and Linux/Unix/Windows environments
• Experience using bench lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and voltmeters
