Senior Engineer I, Field Process

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify current customer needs while anticipating future requirements to build sustainable relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through the development of teams, processes, and support tools.
• Manage new product installations and subsequent process development at customer sites.
• Lead new site start-ups, including planning and risk assessment for successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Define project scope and resource planning in alignment with Business Units.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, and Business Units to ensure successful site-based operations.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or above in a relevant field.
• Solid technical knowledge in semiconductor processes, specifically CVD, ALD, Furnace, or EPI.
• Proven industry experience supporting complex instrumentation, applications, and informatics.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong collaborative skills to find optimal technical solutions.
• Fluency in English.
