Senior Engineer I - Analog Product

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Power Analog and Discrete Products through silicon validation and bench testing
• Prepare and oversee project, validation, characterization, qualification, and material control plans
• Validate and characterize silicon while tracking project tasks to completion
• Prepare bench setups for silicon validation and automate testing processes where applicable
• Analyze and report data, including the preparation of validation and characterization reports
• Debug technical problems in an organized and efficient manner
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers
• Ensure devices are manufacturable and correctly set up in production systems
• Analyze margin data and execute cost reduction activities

Requirements

• BSEE degree
• 5+ years of experience in a related engineering field
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop comprehensive project plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming experience in LabVIEW, C++, MATLAB, or Visual Basic
• Experience with Discrete Products, Power Devices, Silicon Carbide, or High Voltage (600V to 3.3kV)
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing
• Familiarity with automotive industry requirements and QS9000 / TS16949 standards
• Experience with automated test equipment
