Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation
• Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors
• Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks
• Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts
• Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications
• Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder’s culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate as needed
