Senior Engineer HBM Layout

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks and provide full chip level integration support
• Perform layout verification including LVS, DRC, and Antenna checks, ensuring high-quality documentation
• Ensure on-time delivery of block-level layouts while maintaining strict quality standards
• Lead planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, and delegation within a multi-project environment
• Communicate effectively with global engineering teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design using advanced CMOS processes (Planar, FinFET)
• BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or a related field
• Expert proficiency in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS
• Hands-on experience with critical blocks such as PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, and Temperature sensors
• Strong knowledge of analog layout fundamentals including matching, electro-migration, latch-up, and crosstalk
• Deep understanding of layout effects on circuit performance, such as speed, capacitance, power, and area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple tape-outs
• Proven ability to manage multiple layout projects simultaneously while maintaining quality checks
• Excellent problem-solving skills regarding the physical verification of custom layouts
