Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver features and systems end to end
• Make smart architectural calls and implement code
• Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams
• Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews and design conversations
• Contribute to system reliability and performance via on-call rotations
• Develop deep domain knowledge by engaging with the farming environment

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering complex production systems
• Product-focused mindset with a focus on customer experience
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance engineering output
• Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Frontend/Mobile: React, React Native, and strong UX intuition
• Backend: Node.js, Kotlin, Go, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Platform: AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tooling
• Degree in software engineering or equivalent
