Senior Engineer, Global Identity and Access Management

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions for identity lifecycle management and policy enforcement
• Onboard human and machine identities, applications, and directories like Active Directory and Entra ID
• Develop joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access review campaigns, and SoD policies
• Lead and coordinate IAM-related project tasks, ensuring delivery of timelines and milestones
• Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and resource estimates
• Act as a senior engineering liaison between global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs

Requirements

• 7+ years of IAM engineering experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA
• Strong understanding of RBAC, access governance, and SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC)
• Experience with REST APIs and connector frameworks
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Java
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, Google Cloud, PKI, and PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Experience coordinating project delivery or leading technical project components

Preferred Qualifications

• Saviynt Certified IGA Professional
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX and GDPR
