Senior Engineer, Global Facilities US - Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction project teams in developing engineering concepts for U.S. Greenfield FAB projects.
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater projects to ensure they meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Develop specialized water and wastewater system designs for integration into large-scale construction projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, IT, Procurement, Operations, and Construction.
• Establish and maintain engineering practices focused on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Review and provide feedback on global design standards, construction specifications, and best-known methods.
• Analyze system designs to drive performance improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
• Contribute to global sustainability programs regarding water, wastewater, and green infrastructure design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Environmental Engineering.
• 7-10 years of technical expertise in Facilities and Semiconductor systems (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Gases, Water, or Wastewater).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the time (up to 30% during critical project phases).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and Facilities systems.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks concurrently.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive service attitude and self-motivated work ethic.
