About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance to global, regional, and site-level facilities and manufacturing teams.
- Develop, maintain, and standardize global engineering guidelines, specifications, and best-known methods (BKMs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
- Ensure alignment across the global network in engineering design, construction execution, reliability, and operations.
- Analyze systems for performance improvements, cost savings, and maintenance reduction opportunities.
- Support large-scale infrastructure projects through design reviews, scope validation, and construction coordination.
- Lead global programs focused on sustainability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor and facilities-related industry.
- Technical expertise in high, medium, and low voltage systems.
- Deep knowledge of critical and emergency backup systems, sag mitigation systems, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
- Proficiency with variable frequency drives, lighting, and electrical distribution systems.
- Ability to travel internationally 25% to 50% of the time depending on project phases.

- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills with proficiency in English.
- Direct familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems.
