Senior Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven software systems and agentic workflows
• Translate business needs into production-ready full-stack components, including APIs, services, and UIs
• Implement agent orchestration, tool-use, and integrations with a focus on correctness and reliability
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Integrate enterprise applications using APIs and middleware solutions
• Deploy software in Azure cloud environments and participate in infrastructure-as-code practices
• Define evaluation strategies for agent behavior, including golden datasets and regression suites
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams

Requirements

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features such as RAG, tool-calling, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Microsoft AutoGen)
• Strong full-stack development skills, with experience in the .NET ecosystem and ReactJS being a plus
• Experience with data stores (SQL/NoSQL), Redis, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Azure cloud-native services
• Strong understanding of system design principles, data structures, and application performance optimization
