Senior Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven full-stack software systems and agentic workflows
• Translate business needs into production-ready components including APIs, services, and UIs
• Implement agent orchestration, tool-use, and integrations with a focus on correctness and reliability
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Deploy software in Azure cloud environments and participate in infrastructure-as-code practices
• Define evaluation strategies for agent behavior using golden datasets and regression suites
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams

Requirements

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience with a track record of building production-grade systems
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features such as RAG, tool-calling, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in modern full-stack development, including data stores (SQL/NoSQL) and Redis
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Microsoft AutoGen
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud-native services (Azure/AWS)
• Strong understanding of system design principles, data structures, and application performance optimization
