Senior Engineer, Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major features and complex software components
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the team
• Drive technical decisions for projects and contribute to software architecture and system design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions
• Improve development processes, engineering standards, and SDLC management

Requirements

• Expert-level programming abilities in relevant technology stacks
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and patterns
• Strong system design capabilities for complex software solutions
• Advanced debugging and optimization skills for performance-critical applications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated build/test processes, and version control
• Knowledge of various software licensing models, including open-source and proprietary
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively
• Ability to manage technical trade-offs and engineering risks

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
