Senior Engineer - Forward Deployed

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end technical delivery for major customer projects
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design scalable solutions
• Architect and implement integrations with healthcare data sources like EHR systems and document pipelines
• Diagnose and resolve deployment and integration issues
• Gather user feedback to drive product and engineering improvements
• Document deployment processes and best practices
• Build proof-of-concept solutions and automate deployment tasks

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and infrastructure (cloud, containers, networking)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
• Willingness to work on-site at customer locations in NYC or Bengaluru

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare tech or enterprise SaaS deployment
• Familiarity with EHR integrations, data pipelines, OCR, or NLP
• Scripting ability for automating deployment and monitoring
