Senior Engineer Equipment Engineering PADB

Responsibilities

• Analyze, control, and improve equipment KPIs such as OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, and MTBF
• Drive and develop planned maintenance definitions to ensure high availability, reliability, and quality performance
• Oversee equipment production and maintain comprehensive documentation for maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Define critical part lifespans and consumption based on material behavior, OEM references, and functional knowledge
• Create and review maintenance PFMEA and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns by analyzing critical alarms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience specifically with Die Bond solder poster or epoxy processes and machines
• Hands-on experience with electronic production equipment, automation systems, and preventive maintenance programs
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, electronic diagrams, and machine drawings
