Senior Engineer, Embedded Software Test

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize SQA integration and test platforms and software development processes for highly integrated Radio ICs and SoC products.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins and GitHub continuous integration and automated test scripts.
• Develop solutions that support continuous audit readiness, including end-to-end traceability from requirements through test implementation and validation.
• Deliver high-quality software in accordance with established coding and documentation standards.
• Contribute to the design of SQA processes, pipelines, and quality metrics such as coverage, defects, and regressions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IC Design, Product Evaluation, Marketing, and Firmware.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical, electronics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of embedded software test development experience, including embedded frameworks and device driver debugging.
• Proficiency in C, C#, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with software development lifecycle tools including JIRA, Git, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Practical experience working with IC hardware and test equipment such as PCB, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, and Power Supply.
• Proven ability to develop automatic test systems and perform regression testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible, and containerization using Docker.
• Working knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) ICs, high-speed converters, Digital Signal Processing, and algorithms.
• Experience with Nunit, PyTest, API testing, and end-to-end requirement management tools like JAMA.
