Senior Engineer Embedded Firmware

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded C/C++ applications and middleware services on Linux-based PDU platforms
• Implement networking protocols including SNMP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, and HTTPS/REST APIs
• Integrate BSP/HAL APIs for hardware operations such as outlet control and sensor access
• Support OTA/FOTA firmware update workflows and rollback mechanisms
• Collaborate with hardware, QA, and cloud teams for system integration and debugging

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in embedded systems
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Embedded Linux development
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, SNMP, Modbus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yocto or Buildroot
• Experience with embedded web servers or web UI integration
• Experience with power infrastructure or industrial networked appliances
