Senior Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical designs for commercial, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, and institutional building projects
• Prepare electrical power distribution systems, single-line diagrams, layouts, schedules, and specifications
• Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA, IECC, local authority requirements, and client standards
• Deliver project outputs within schedule and quality requirements through BIM modeling and CAD support

Requirements

• Experience delivering building services projects specifically for the USA market
• Proficiency in Revit for Electrical BIM modelling of fixtures, equipment, and systems
• Expertise in lighting design calculations and system modelling using AGi32, Visual, or ElumTools
• Ability to perform electrical load calculations and short-circuit/fault analysis using ETAP or SKM Power Tools
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and IES electrical design standards
• Experience with energy compliance tools such as COMcheck and EnergyPro

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with US-based engineers and project teams in a global environment
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines independently
