Senior Engineer - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical designs for commercial, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, and institutional building projects.
• Prepare electrical power distribution systems, single-line diagrams, layouts, schedules, and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA, IECC, local authority requirements, and client standards.
• Deliver project outputs within schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide engineering design, CAD, and BIM support for building services projects.

Requirements

• Experience delivering building services projects specifically for the USA market.
• Proficiency in Revit for Electrical BIM modelling of fixtures, equipment, and systems.
• Expertise in lighting design calculations and system modelling.
• Ability to design and prepare Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) single-line diagrams.
• Experience with electrical load calculations and short-circuit/fault analysis.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards.
• Proficiency with software such as AGi32, Visual, or ElumTools, and ETAP or SKM Power Tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with US-based engineers and project teams.
• Strong understanding of IEEE, IES, and other relevant US electrical design standards.
• Experience with COMcheck and EnergyPro for energy compliance and code analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines independently in a global environment.
