Senior Engineer - Electrical Systems

Responsibilities

• Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives and electrical system enhancements
• Develop and review technical specifications and standards for electrical assets, including LV/MV systems, power distribution, and control systems
• Ensure all maintenance strategies and plans are safe, risk-based, and regulatory compliant
• Monitor the performance of electrical systems to ensure high reliability and availability of critical assets
• Identify causes of electrical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major electrical faults and breakdowns
• Ensure effective use of Maximo CMMS for maintenance planning, reporting, and asset data management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of overall professional experience
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with Maximo CMMS or similar asset management systems
• Strong understanding of LV/MV systems and power distribution
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in fault diagnosis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective)
