Senior Engineer - Electrical and Communication

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical, communication, and software-enabled integration activities across various platforms and projects
• Supervise the design, development, and validation of software tools, automated test frameworks, and diagnostic utilities
• Develop and review Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), Acceptance Test Reports (ATRs), and automated test strategies
• Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis involving hardware, communication protocols, and software tools
• Provide technical mentorship and supervision to engineers in hardware integration and software development practices
• Manage technical documentation, including user guides, test logs, and integration reports
• Monitor integration progress, technical risks, and test readiness to report status to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical, communication, or avionics engineering
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical power distribution and communication systems
• Proficiency in software development or scripting, such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or LabVIEW
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553/1760 standards
• Experience with test equipment, bench testing, and automated test environments
