Responsibilities

• Support core business initiatives including Light Subsea Construction, Subsea Intervention, Decommissioning, and Permanent Mooring Installation
• Perform lift rigging design, lift planning, equipment sea fastening design, and installation analyses
• Ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within budgeted time and cost constraints
• Support business development and tendering activities
• Develop safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions to project technical challenges
• Promote HSEQ culture and minimize risks to personnel, environment, and equipment
• Perform offshore work as required

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Mechanical, Ocean & Naval Architecture, Structural, or equivalent engineering field
• Professional Engineering licence
• 5-10 years of subsea project or installation engineering experience
• Experience with offshore ROV construction procedural writing
• Experience in equipment System Integration Testing and functionality testing
• Experience performing project vessel mobilizations and demobilizations
• Offshore field experience related to installation and decommissioning of subsea infrastructure
• Knowledge of marine environments and technical challenges
• Knowledge of subsea infrastructure components and deployment/recovery methodologies
• Knowledge of DNV lifting and underwater deployment/recovery codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Survival Training (BST)
• Knowledge of specialized software such as Ansys, Inventor, or Orcaflex
• Analytical and technical capabilities for lowering analyses and rigging design
• General technical knowledge of sea fastening design and analysis
