Senior Engineer - Diagnostics Automation/Software

Responsibilities

• Validate and qualify diagnostics automation outputs against real product behavior
• Debug automation gaps, failures, and product-specific edge cases
• Support scan and memory diagnostics operations where automation coverage is incomplete
• Own automation readiness for assigned products to ensure reliable execution
• Provide feedback to strengthen reliability and guardrails in automated flows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience (Master's degree with 1+ year experience or PhD also accepted)
• Experience in silicon diagnostics, yield engineering, or tooling-heavy execution roles
• Proficiency in Linux environments
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Perl, Shell, or similar
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI-assisted tooling or data-driven diagnostics workflows
• Experience with scan or memory diagnostics
