Senior Engineer - DevOps

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient software delivery.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure, leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies for scalability and reliability.
• Ensure the security and compliance of systems by implementing best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure, networking, and application performance.
• Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation to ensure knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities with a track record of developing junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and service level management.
