Senior Engineer - Device Driver Development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions
• Develop and support various features within device drivers in a fast-paced environment
• Solve complex system-level problems using strong analytical skills
• Work closely with peers and leads to meet aggressive development timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Device Driver development
• Strong fundamentals in C programming
• Strong understanding of Operating Systems (OS) fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Embedded Systems
• Knowledge of Networking protocols
• Proficiency with QNX or Linux platforms
