Senior Engineer, Development & Calibration

Responsibilities

• Execute sub-projects for diesel fuel injection systems within larger customer projects
• Develop, test, and calibrate common rail systems on test bench, engine, and vehicle
• Define system layouts, features, and project work packages
• Compile test results, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, product groups, and stakeholders on development activities
• Support calibration at customer sites and travel for testing when required

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or related branches
• Strong knowledge of automotive fuel injection systems and diesel engines
• Experience with common rail testing, interfaces, and tools
• Understanding of quality systems and tools such as FMEA
• Ability to analyze measurement data and make technical modifications
• Good communication and analytical reasoning skills
• Python and MATLAB knowledge preferred
• Willingness to travel for calibration and testing
