Senior Engineer – Developer Velocity

Responsibilities

• Standardize, implement, and maintain the Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.
• Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines using advanced deployment strategies like blue-green and canary releases.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Ensure deployment frameworks are seamlessly integrated across all workstreams while adhering to standardized processes.
• Provide ongoing support for production and development environments and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for DevOps technologies.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously measure and improve developer productivity and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, or Jenkins.
• 5+ years of experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools.
• 5+ years of experience administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repository management and package lifecycle governance.
• Proven experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
