Senior Engineer - Design & Development

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of M+H products, including design concepts and 2D/3D modeling.
• Manage the functional product release process, ensuring all technical documentation (CAD data, drawings, FMEA, and design verification plans) is complete.
• Capture and implement Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and Design Specific Requirements (DSR).
• Maintain technical project documentation within PLM/CIM databases according to engineering workflows.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and manage all supporting technical workflows.
• Identify cost-improvement opportunities and drive "cost hunting" initiatives to realize savings.
• Ensure all designs comply with M+H Group technical standards, processes, and norms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with US counterparts and internal stakeholders in Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 2D and 3D design and development.
• Proficiency in performing FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Experience managing technical documentation and design verification plans.
• Hands-on experience with PLM/CIM database management.
• Strong understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) management processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international team environment.
