Senior Engineer - Costing

Responsibilities

• Administrate the TcPCM system, including license management, error resolution, user rights, and database management.
• Optimize system processes and collaborate with external partners to drive tool improvements.
• Create and maintain a worldwide concept for master data administration, ensuring accuracy across ZF plants.
• Standardize tool usage of Siemens TcPCM by creating manuals and templates for all users.
• Support the implementation of the ZAC project by providing technical guidance on system capabilities and limitations.
• Onboard and train staff across all ZF divisions on TcPCM usage and maintenance.
• Manage and steer local, international, and cross-functional projects with a focus on digitalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, ideally related to Cost Engineering.
• Knowledge of product cost calculation and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with TcPCM or other cost calculation software.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in an international, intercultural context.
• Resilience to working under pressure during system failures or critical issues.
• A service-oriented mindset with strong communication and networking skills.
