Senior Engineer, Containers

Responsibilities

• Support multi-functional technical teams to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Execute sustaining activities in compliance with current QA, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts related to container design and interfaces with other devices.
• Develop and document container development activities, including QTPP and other quality deliverables.
• Support data gathering, compilation, and analysis for market complaints and regulatory changes.
• Draft protocols and reports for Technology Transfer, V&V studies, and import/test licenses.
• Maintain Design History File (DHF) documentation from development through product commercialization.
• Support testing and validation activities for solution bags to ensure they meet user needs.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Polymer Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in polymer material development and design, including technical leadership.
• Proven experience in flexible packaging film development and characterization.
• Demonstrated track record in polymeric material development, preferably for primary healthcare packaging.
• Proficiency in using root-cause analysis techniques to solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the Renal container domain.
• Experience managing stakeholders in both local and global environments.
