Senior Engineer - Civil & Structure

Responsibilities

• Act as the discipline lead engineer for various proposals and projects, ensuring delivery within contractual frameworks, quality standards, and schedules.
• Develop and implement engineering practices, workflows, and procedures, including the recommendation of technical specifications.
• Monitor workflow and participate in the review of work activities and projects.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Management Teams to provide technical recommendations.
• Control key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and efficiency figures for estimating equipment, material, and man-hours.
• Solve complex technical problems and contribute to the optimization of engineering workflows.
• Coordinate and participate in training programs for Designers and Engineers within the technical discipline.

Requirements

• MTech / ME / BTech / BE in Civil Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in EPC or Detail design engineering.
• Proven experience working within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, or Petrochemicals sectors.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Modular or Modularization design processes.
