Senior Engineer - Camera

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs, software requirements, and constraints to design customized software for optimal operational efficiency.
• Design and implement software modules for large-scale products and systems.
• Lead design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts to ensure projects meet specifications and schedules.
• Perform complex code reviews and regression tests, and triage/fix issues to ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and test engineers to ensure software solutions integrate seamlessly with other components.
• Write detailed technical documentation for complex software projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience working with embedded or cloud edge software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Database Management Software.
• 3+ years of experience working with APIs.
• 1+ year of experience with Git, Perforce, or other Source Code Management Systems.
