Senior Engineer, CAD

Responsibilities

• Work closely with semiconductor design teams to solve day-to-day challenges and provide long-term software solutions
• Focus on Memory Design and CAD infrastructure setup, including Methodics, Perforce, Jenkins, Virtuoso, and design environment management
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop innovative, highly scalable, and clean software systems
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve current software flows
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Semiconductor or Electronic Design Automation (EDA) experience
• Solid object-oriented programming skills with experience in test-driven development (Python and Pytest preferred)
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Perforce or Bitbucket
• Working knowledge of Linux and experience with load balancing platforms like LSF
• Exposure to Jenkins and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams
