Senior Engineer, CAD

Responsibilities

• Work closely with memory design teams to solve daily challenges and provide complete technical solutions
• Proactively identify problem areas for improvement and develop innovative software solutions
• Develop highly scalable and clean software systems to optimize simulation flows
• Evaluate and integrate new EDA tools and technologies into existing CAD flows
• Lead agentic flow implementation using AI-assisted and automated workflows, including copilot-based assistants
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers to foster professional growth

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in analog circuit simulation flows
• Expertise in circuit simulation debugging and leading-edge design methodologies
• Hands-on experience with simulators such as Finesim, Primesim, XA, Spectre, VCS, or Xcelium
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso (Virtuoso-L, Virtuoso-XL) or Synopsys custom compiler
• Experience developing and deploying AI-enabled methodologies for circuit simulation flows
• Proficiency in Python or Perl Object Oriented Programming
• Strong knowledge of Linux, LSF, shell scripting, TCL, and SKILL language
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of parasitic extraction tools like StarRC or Quantus
• Experience with EM/IR and Static Timing Analysis (STA)
• Background or experience in AI/ML applications
