About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technical building optimization projects across City facilities
- Review designs, scopes, project costs, inspections, and energy savings calculations
- Track project performance, energy savings, GHG reductions, and measurement & verification results
- Coordinate with City agencies and support program expansion efforts
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience in energy generation, conservation, or building efficiency work
- Ability to manage technical projects and provide advanced technical support
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, building operations, and analytics
- New York State driver license may be required
