Senior Engineer - Audio Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize innovative audio machine learning technologies, such as acoustic scene classification or multimodal scene classification
• Design, train, and validate light-weighted models using relevant audio datasets for embedded hardware suitability
• Perform literature analysis and technical research to identify promising technologies for audio classification and AI-based audio technologies

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in deep learning
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with audio signal processing
• Experience with model compression techniques such as pruning, quantization, or knowledge distillation
• Experience with programming embedded AI systems using C/C++
