Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager-Sales & Services

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and service for Stud welding systems and SAT DC Torque tools to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement regional sales plans to increase customer base and improve satisfaction
• Manage the full sales cycle including RFQ study, techno-commercial offers, negotiation, and closing agreements
• Conduct application studies, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs for customers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance metrics
• Liaise with customer engineering teams to position Stanley as a comprehensive solution provider
• Coordinate with technical units for project studies, BOM preparation, and 3D modeling assistance
• Monitor service team performance to ensure high service standards and rapid complaint resolution
• Identify new market opportunities and implement penetration strategies through trials and presentations
• Manage customer databases and ensure timely collection of payments and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development
• Proven experience with DC Torque tightening tools and capital equipment
• Strong understanding of Automobile OEM and Tier functioning
• Experience with similar brands such as Atlas Copco, Desoutter, Apex, Cleco, IR, or Bosch
• Excellent leadership, communication, and professional presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within India
