Senior Engineer, ASIC Development Engineering (ASIC Verification)

Responsibilities

• Develop verification test plans based on design specifications
• Create and execute test cases across RTL simulation, FPGA prototyping, and Palladium emulation
• Build and improve UVM-based verification environments and PSS testbenches
• Perform Gate-Level Simulations (GLS) and debug complex SoC designs
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and firmware teams to drive coverage-driven verification methodologies
• Analyze functional coverage and simulation results to enhance verification efficiency
• Generate functional patterns required for Wafer Sorting and post-silicon testing

Requirements

• BE or MS in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering
• 4-8 years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification
• Deep understanding of C, SystemVerilog, and UVM
• Proven experience verifying processor-based SoCs (ARM, RISC-V, or ARC)
• Experience with DFX verification and generating functional patterns for post-silicon testing
• Knowledge of bus protocols including AXI, AHB, and APB
• Familiarity with interfaces such as PCIe, LPDDR, UART, I2C, I2S, and SPI
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, TCL, or BASH
