Senior Engineer Applications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to automotive customers during the evaluation, integration, and development of Automotive Ethernet solutions
• Perform hands-on board bring-up, debugging, and issue replication on customer platforms and evaluation kits
• Track, analyze, and drive the resolution of customer technical issues
• Develop and deliver customer training, application workshops, and trade show demonstrations
• Create customer-facing technical documentation, including integration guides, application notes, and API documentation
• Partner with Product Management, Design Engineering, and Quality teams to align product capabilities with market needs

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an Application Engineer or Systems Engineer in automotive or Ethernet applications
• Hands-on experience in debugging
• Proficiency in C and Python programming, including scripting
• Experience with schematics review and PCB layout review
• Understanding of SerDes protocols and interfaces (e.g., xxBASE-T1, I2C, MDC/MDIO, QSPI)
• Knowledge of Ethernet PHYs, Switches, and Bridges products
