Senior Engineer, Analog Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the IP design blocks for the development of power management ICs, including voltage regulators and power converters.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks throughout the design cycle.
• Design and compensate control loops to meet target performance specifications.
• Lead the development and integration of complex IP such as charge pumps, LDOs, oscillators, temperature sensors, and SAR ADCs.
• Guide analog and FET layout development from floor planning to chip top completion and verification.
• Optimize design flows and methodologies, including checklists and reviews, to ensure silicon success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful IC integration into larger systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.
• Solid experience with complex analog designs and full ownership of design blocks.
• Deep understanding of power devices, operations, and design trade-offs for performance and reliability.
• In-depth knowledge of analog layouts, FET layouts, and noise isolation techniques.
• Proficiency with standard design, extraction, and simulation flows and tools.
