Senior Engineer-AI

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core business backend architectures using the Java technology stack to ensure high availability, high performance, and scalability.
• Lead the design of critical modules in complex business and high-concurrency scenarios, driving continuous evolution in stability and maintainability.
• Adopt an AI-First approach by deeply integrating AI into system design, code implementation, refactoring, problem analysis, and technical reviews.
• Utilize AI programming tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to develop reusable methodologies and best practices for AI-enhanced backend engineering.
• Participate in system architecture evolution, technology selection, and the establishment of engineering standards.
• Collaborate effectively with product, frontend, data, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery of complex requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Expertise in distributed system design and governance.
• Proven ability to independently lead the design and implementation of core modules or entire systems.
• Strong AI-First engineering capabilities, including proficiency with Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering and Agent design/development.
• Ability to evaluate the engineering risks, performance impacts, and maintainability of AI-generated code or architectural suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in documenting or implementing AI-First programming practices.
• Extensive experience in the development and design of complex systems or large-scale data platforms.
