Senior Engineer, Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent systems and cognitive workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Architect secure, high-performance connectors and APIs to allow AI agents to interact with legacy systems, databases, and vector stores.
• Implement and optimize advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database schemas.
• Design validation layers, cost-tracking controls, and evaluation frameworks to ensure deterministic outcomes from LLMs.
• Establish robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring infrastructure for autonomous agents.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and define engineering standards for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.
• 8+ years of experience in FPGA firmware or embedded software validation.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building applications powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of stateful, multi-agent architectures and function calling.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills (Few-Shot, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct).
• Experience with advanced RAG techniques such as hybrid search or re-ranking pipelines.
• Experience fine-tuning open-source models like Llama 3 or Mistral.
• Proven track record of moving AI projects from local prototypes to scaled production environments.
