Senior Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own growth for a defined set of CPG / Manufacturing accounts by identifying opportunities and driving pursuits from discovery to closure
• Lead client discovery workshops to translate broad goals into prioritized analytics/AI roadmaps
• Build value cases linked to business outcomes like revenue growth, margin, and cost reduction
• Lead end-to-end solutioning including scope definition, staffing, delivery plans, and commercials
• Shape and own proposals, SoWs, RFIs/RFPs, and executive-ready pitch narratives
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams
• Develop reusable industry playbooks, solution blueprints, and discovery frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CS, or a quantitative discipline from a Tier I/II university
• 8+ years of business or management consulting experience
• Significant exposure to CPG and Retail domains (Demand Planning, Pricing, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Proven experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles
• Ability to manage sustained client relationships at the C-suite or leadership level
• Experience developing new consulting capabilities or offerings within target industry verticals
• Prior experience in a consulting/analytics firm, Big-4, or digital practice is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier business school (IIM or equivalent)
