Senior Engagement Manager, Client Success

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client point of contact, building strong relationships and addressing concerns
• Develop and manage the delivery of programs, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high satisfaction
• Monitor key program metrics, including commercial outcomes and learning outcomes
• Own contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with sales
• Translate client needs into actionable account strategies and success roadmaps
• Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to evolve solutions and operations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing senior client relationships at large, complex organizations
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence partnership deepening
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed execution levels
• Proficiency in data analysis to track progress and drive decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or B2B go-to-market roles
• Experience in education, talent/workforce development, healthcare, or B2B tech-enabled services
• Experience building new functions, systems, or tools
