Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead business and stakeholder discussions to translate challenges into technical solutions
• Design and implement business KPI frameworks and metrics hierarchies
• Generate deep business insights to uncover trends and growth opportunities
• Design, develop, and optimize business dashboards, queries, data models, and semantic layers
• Contribute to the development of modern data architectures
• Establish and maintain best practices, documentation standards, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams while mentoring team members

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Platforms
• Proven experience leading analytics programs or enterprise BI initiatives
• Deep expertise in data modeling, semantic layers, and scalable analytics architecture
• Strong experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive data strategy and analytics adoption
• Experience mentoring teams and managing multiple delivery streams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing Gold layers and Semantic layers within modern data architectures
• Familiarity with AI-driven conversational chatbots and intelligent reporting assistants
• Exposure to AI-powered control towers and advanced monitoring solutions
• Domain exposure to BFSI, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Marketing
