Senior Endpoint Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design and roadmap formulation for the endpoint security domain in Japan and the Asia region
• Drive selection, evaluation, and implementation of security products such as EDR and vulnerability management
• Design and implement security architectures for multiple locations and diverse business environments
• Plan and execute continuous improvement measures based on operational data and incident trends
• Handle technical escalations and decision-making for advanced technical challenges and incidents
• Provide feedback and proposals to improve global standards and localization
• Coordinate with IT, development teams, and studios to execute security measures
• Provide technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing to team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of practical experience in endpoint security including design and implementation leadership
• Proven experience leading the evaluation, selection, and deployment of multiple products like EDR and vulnerability management
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems autonomously
• English proficiency for global business operations (meetings and documentation), equivalent to TOEIC 800 or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Security certifications such as CISSP or Security+
• Network or cloud certifications such as CCNP or CCSE
• Experience in operational advancement through automation (scripting/API integration)
• Experience in integrated security architecture design including WAF and CNAPP
• Experience leading incident response and improvements in CSIRT/SOC environments
• Experience designing and improving cross-organizational vulnerability management processes
