Senior Endpoint Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain endpoint engineering solutions across Windows, iOS, Android, and VDI platforms
• Create, test, and maintain application install packages and wrappers via Microsoft Intune, MECM, and VDI environments
• Develop and maintain standard endpoint images using Windows Autopilot, Intune, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Automate software deployments, patching, and updates using PowerShell and Windows Update for Business
• Manage endpoint security configurations, including Intune enrollment and compliance policies
• Monitor endpoint health and performance using Microsoft Endpoint Analytics and telemetry tools
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for the IT Support Center, providing root cause analysis and incident resolution
• Act as a technical lead on endpoint-related projects, including platform upgrades and modernization efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in endpoint or systems engineering roles
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
• 2+ years of experience with modern software packaging tools (Intune, MSIX, PSAppDeployToolkit)
• 2+ years of experience with modern imaging and deployment solutions (Intune, Autopilot, MDT)
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator)
• Experience supporting security frameworks and compliance in regulated or professional services environments
• Previous work experience within a legal company
