Senior Endpoint Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for endpoint engineering, operations, and security across ~5k devices
• Own the endpoint management stack including Intune, Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender, and Entra ID
• Define and maintain endpoint architecture, configuration baselines, and OS lifecycle standards
• Manage endpoint health, compliance, patching, and conditional access enforcement
• Partner with Security and Vulnerability Management teams to execute remediation activities
• Drive operational efficiency through automation and standardization
• Provide technical mentorship to endpoint and service desk teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management with a focus on Microsoft Intune
• Proven experience deploying and managing devices using Intune
• Expertise in policy creation, device enrollment, and compliance management
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or VBScript
• Experience administering Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365
• Vulnerability management skills for desktop OS
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and Radius
• Experience working within ITIL methodologies
• Knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles and conditional access

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure or Intune certifications
• Familiarity with Autopilot, Rapid7, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, or Patch my PC
