Senior Employee Relations Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring fair application of policies and compliance with local laws.
• Coach managers, employees, and HRBPs on performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace challenges.
• Serve as a key point of escalation for sensitive concerns, driving resolution with empathy and sound judgment.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on organizational design, talent development, change management, and compensation planning.
• Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to design and deliver people programs that address evolving business needs.
• Develop and update HR policies and ER training programs to reinforce company values and promote best practices.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or higher.
• 5-8 years of HR Business Partner and/or Employee Relations experience within a global organization.
• Expertise in employment law across US, UK, DE, and Japan markets.
• Proven expertise in policy design, risk assessment, and managing sensitive employee relations matters.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and serve as a strategic advisor.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Law degree.
• Subject matter expertise in benefits.
• Experience integrating AI-driven tools into HR operations.
